Diase is a member of GBC (Green Building Council) Brazil, institution which seeks to compile and disclose the most modern and efficient sustainable practices within the construction industry, enabling our customers to obtain Leed Environmental Certifications (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), as well as HQE Certification (HQE – Haute Qualité Environnementale).
Item sustainability is also present in our form of constructing:
The floor in concrete used as mold maximizes the use of the building site, considerably reducing the consumption of wood and stop generating residues.
Depending on the location of the enterprise, we can deviate from landfills over 95% of the residues generated during the project.
Diase is also recognized with the Certificate of Environmental Highlight, offered by the Journal of Environment.
Diase actions were surveyed with environmental bodies in the Federal, State, and Municipal spheres, such as Environment State Secretariats, Ministry of Environment, IBAMA (Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources), CONAMA (National Environment Council), City Halls and other institutions. Such surveys were organized and executed by the Journal of Environment Sustainability Committee.
Those surveys confirmed that Diase is suitable to the Environment assessment and politics criteria in addition to the assessment of items such as Water and Effluents, Energy, Raw Material & Residues, Air Emissions and Environmental Education.
The Certificate of Environmental Highlight and the Green Seal are labels which certify Diase social and environmental qualities and prove through survey that the company actions are planet and life friendly.
