The Tilt-Up constructive process consists of producing “on-site” concrete walls which are prepared using the factory floor as mold; subsequently, they are rigging upwards by crane and placed into position.
The Tilt-Up construction time, from the end of floor concreting to the assembly completion, is usually shorter than four weeks. Tilt-Up matches reasonable cost, low maintenance, durability, architectonic appeal, and construction speed.
With horizontal walls and absence of pillars, the project is delivered in a far lower time.
Cost is restricted to façade periodical repainting.Safety
Unlimited colors in embossed panels.
It may be projected and built enabling easy expansion highlighting the panels and performing new openings.
Because it is a reinforced concrete wall, it ensures higher thermal comfort.

“Regarding the TCA Tilt-Up Achievement Award for Casas Bahia project, the arbiters were particularly amazed with the size of the major building, with adaptation of use of Tilt-Up for both areas of offices and, particularly regarding the lodge and its cover. They were also amazed by the quality of the concrete work (I was there to confirm that). There were also comments regarding the innovative solution adopted at the docks area which was enabled only due to the use of Tilt-Up panels. One of the arbiters considered that the award of this project would certainly serve as “inspiration” so other companies around the world use the Tilt-Up option.
